2/3 cup applesauce (no sugar added) or 1 large apple
10 oz frozen blueberries
1 scoop microgreens powder
2 scoop protein powder (I use 1 scoop vega vanilla and 1 scoop soylent)
1tsp cinnamon
1 dash pumpkin pie spice
Blend on high and enjoy!!
Serves 1 large or 2 as pictured.
I’ve never tried putting apple sauce in my smoothie. Thanks for the inpsiration.
