Custard Apple Pie Smoothie (Vegan/gf)

Creamy morning smoothie to nourish your cells! Use frozen fruit or add some ice for water if you like a cold/frozen drink. I’m pretty happy with room temp!

You need:

2 bananas

2 apples

8 small dates (3 oz)

vanilla, 1/2 tsp

pumpkin pie spice, dash

about 600cc water

Blend on high and enjoy this sweet and creamy drink! Serves 1-2 depending on appetite 🙂
