I love pudding. Duh. This is a pretty simple recipe, sweetened only by very ripe bananas and a few chocolate chips! Does not taste like tofu, does taste like bananas and chocolate 🙂
All you need:
1pkg Morinu extra firm silken tofu
3 ripe bananas
1 tiny piece Madagascar vanilla
1/4 cup choc chips
Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into single serving dishes and refigerate overnight to set!
Option 2: * recommended* Pour into ice tray molds and freeze overnight. Then pop out and place back into high speed blender. You may need to thaw them slightly and/or add some milk of choice to help them blend easily, but the yeild will be a healthy ice cream!! Enjoy!
