You need:
1 cup whole oats (gf)
1 large ripe banana mashed
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cardamom
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
2 cups water (or milk of choice)
Heat for 2:30 in microwave, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
