Easy Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough And Blondies!

Wow,  this is another instant favorite! Soooo delicious!! Who knew something so healthy could taste just like a chocolate chip cookie!! These are vegan, gluten free, made of whole real foods, and flourless to boot! I could not believe how tasty and healthy these blondies (or very edible cookie dough) turned out! Seriously surprising and delicious!!!!

Blend or purée in a food processor:

1 can chick pas
1 packed heaping cup pitted dates
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each baking powder/soda
2tsp vanilla
3 tbs pb 
– stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Then, feel free to eat all the flourless vegan cookie dough you desire!
If you decide to bake these, press into a pie pan lined with parchement paper and bake at 350F for 25min. Let cool slightly before slicing into wedges then enjoy still warm and melty! Mmmmmmmmmm
