You need:

Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 1/8 tsp
Whole oats 1/2 cup
Soymilk 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Blueberries, large handful
Psyllium, 1/2 tsp
Flax, 1 tsp
Slivered almonds, handful
