Blueberry Spice Oatmeal

I’ve been obsessed with oatmeal recipes lately, with its easy preparation, health benefits, and delicious satisfying nature! Fresh blueberries are so tasty right now, and taste divine with some sweet spices.
You need:

Nutmeg 1/8 tsp

Cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Cardamom 1/8 tsp

Whole oats 1/2 cup

Soymilk 1/2 cup 

Water 1/2 cup

Blueberries, large handful 

Psyllium, 1/2 tsp

Flax, 1 tsp

Slivered almonds, handful
Mix all in microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 1 min, stir, 30 sec, enjoy!
