You need:
1/2 cup oats
1/8 cup flax
1/2 tsp almond extract
4 large strawberries
1/2 banana
cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup soy milk
dash nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in microwave safe bowl and heat about 1m30sec, and you are out the door! Enjoy!!
