This is so simple, but makes such a yummy healthy apple pie tasting dessert, or breakfast with some yogurt or cottage cheese or even oatmeal. Just tasty cinnamon apples you can keep in the fridge and enjoy. These are vegan, very few ingredients, and have no added sugars or fats. Easy peasy.
Arrange in a baking dish:
3 opal apples, chopped
1/2 cup water
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
A very generous dousing of cinnamon
Bake 350F x 20min
