You need:
1 cup pumpkin purée
1tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup crushes pecans
Ground flax 1 tsp
Agave 1/2 cup
Simply mix everything together and scoop onto mini muffin tins!
