I’m here to share one of my many passions, in this case, for preparing amazingly tasty healthy food, and pursuing greater health and vitality. When I’m home cooking for myself I cook vegan, but I’m not for categories, just for making my life better and healthier day by day! It’s a lifestyle, not a diet, and using moderation, not extremes.

I love to cook and EAT, and I also love to exercise, be outside, and nurture my body and mind. I’m a lifelong learner and reader, snowboarder, swimmer, hiker, paddleboarder (?),  and runner. Working on my yoga, as flexibility has never been my strong suit! I’ve been surfing once, and can’t wait to keep practicing and be one with the waves.

Favorite spots are Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, winter AND summer!

I super love older people (90s and up have my heart), and I can’t wait to be an active senior myself. Gotta keep fit if I want to live that dream!

I want my readers to know that eating healthily, sustainably, and conscientiously does not have to be difficult, complicated, or include suffering through bland/flavorless meals. On the contrary, I want to make cooking healthier versions of delicious foods something attainable, feasible, and accessible to anyone. If I can do it, so can you! Hopefully you will find as much joy and stress-relief in the process as I do! Enjoy!
